  • Can be used to make cheese cake base layer 
RECIPE FOR 10-MINUTE NO-BAKE SALT-CHEESE CAKE
Ingredients :
  • Khong Guan Saltcheese Crackers Biscuit     2 packets
  • Cheddar Cheese     250gm
  • Cream Cheese    500gm
  • Sweetened Creamer      380gm
  • Fresh Milk    1 pkt
  • Aluminium Foil 4483 or any baking mould (7″)     1 piece
Steps :
 1. Beat the cream cheese and sweetened creamer until smooth and white.
 2. Dip the Khong Guan Saltcheese Biscuit into fresh milk for few minutes until become soft
 3. Place the biscuit into a baking mould  (7″).
 4. Spread the cream cheese and sweetened creamer batter which have been done on Step 1 into the mould and smooth it.
 5. Put the grated cheddar cheese fully on the surface.
 6. Continue to make more layers by repeating step 4 and 5 (Depends on your own preference).
 7. Keep it into the fridge until set for ~2 hours.
 8. Finally, no-bake salt-cheese cake can be served.
